Customer Policy – Consumables, Returns & Cancellations

1. Consumables Policy (Strictly Non-Returnable)

Applicable Products:
Petridishes, Urine Containers (30 ml & 50 ml), RODAC Plates, RIA Vials, Centrifuge Tubes, MCTs

Key Points:

  • NO RETURN: All consumables are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and sterility concerns.

  • Damaged Items: No replacement or refund for items damaged after delivery.

  • Handling Charges: 8% handling charge applies to all orders.

  • Transportation Costs: Customer bears all transportation costs to and from.

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Must be reported within 24 hours. Verified issues will be rectified promptly; no return allowed.

  • Custom Orders: Specially packed or custom-made consumables are strictly non-returnable.

By placing an order, the customer accepts this strict consumables policy.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Returns Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Photos/videos required.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or partially consumed products.

  • Products with tampered or missing packaging/labels.

2.3 Return Process:

  • Contact our team for guidance on pickup/drop-off.

  • Securely pack items to avoid transit damage.

  • Customer bears transportation costs to and from.

  • Items damaged during transit or defective upon opening will not be refunded.

2.4 Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds issued to original mode of payment only.

2.5 Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • Customer must share photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • No refund for consumables or non-returnable items.

2.6 Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
